Vaccines are pharmaceutical products that carry risks. Therefore the National Black Caucus of the Green Party of the United States demands a full public hearing on vaccine safety, efficacy and mandatory use of vaccines. Every human being has the right to informed consent when making decisions about their own bodies.

"Consumer protection is a critical part of any functioning economy and society," said NBC-GP Co-Chair Trahern Crews. "We must ensure that Americans have access to truthful information about the products they purchase and services they use, as well as protection from fraud, deception, and other unfair or abusive practices."
The National Black Caucus supports the diversity of independent scientists and researchers who are critical of a for-profit and liability free vaccine industry. We support scientists who are not involved in regulatory capture and who are working to develop truly safe and efficacious vaccines. We applaud the open source movement, which aims to eliminate patents on vaccines. NBC-GP Co-Chair Darryl! The Green Party of the United States has a platform plank that states it requires that all government agencies, contractors and grantees apply open source standards to lifeforms and to end the patenting of these scientific discoveries.

"We've seen the pharmaceutical industry abuse patents and use them to control our health," said NBC-GP Treasurer - Philena Farley "In an open source world, we would have access to all the information about how plants and animals are used for medicinal purposes."

When animals are used in the production of vaccines, many of them suffer from illnesses and painful deaths. Unfortunately, many vaccines are still made using animals and the Green Party wants to ban cruel animal testing for vaccines in order to make vaccination safer for both animals and people. The Green Party's Animal Rights Committee is also tasked with making recommendations to the appropriate GPUS decision-making bodies to promote consistency of GPUS internal practices with regard to animal rights positions in the GPUS Platform, resolutions, and position statements.

Animal Research/Testing - Redirect funds that are disbursed annually by the National Institutes of Health away from animal experiments and towards direct health care, preventive medicine, and biomedical research using non-animal procedures such as clinical, epidemiological, and cell culture research.

Since 1947, the Nuremberg Code has been accepted world-wide as representing the highest standard of medical ethics. If followed, the Nuremberg Code is an iron-clad roadmap for how governments and societies can resist totalitarianism and the atrocity of mass murder. Although the USA is signatory of the Nuremberg Code, its principles are now being ignored and belittled at the behest of a for-profit medical system that is controlling both mainstream and social media, as well as most elected officials. Currently much of the traditional "left" has fallen victim to abandoning the principles and Constitutional protections that it once stood for. The GPNBC therefore must stand firm as a continued voice for Medical Freedom and Bodily Autonomy.

"The US government is bowing to mass fear and public pressure to ‘get back to normal' which exacerbates the momentum to run roughshod over the accord and international standard. This is happening all over the world but at the expense of individual choice and freedom that doesn't result in shaming or stigmatization of people who opt to wait or refuse vaccines. This is the foundation for opposing mandates as they fly in the face of self-determination and personal liberty and agency and control over one's own body, and familial rights to manage as a family chooses."
